1.   All NON-EMERGENCY maintenance requests should be initiated by submitting a completed "Maintenance Request" form.  You can access the maintenance request form by clicking on the button below.

2.   All EMERGENCY maintenance requests should be initiated by texting John at (928) 362-2323 and submitting a completed "Maintenance

      Request" form which you can access by clicking on the button below.  If the text is not responded to within 10

      minutes please call John.
